WOD – Monday, July 27th, 2015
I got up to 165 on my clean and jerks. For the WOD I did the G2O at 115 lbs. First round: 10 reps. Second and third rounds: 11 reps.
On the photo: the “Who is This?” is Mark – who works out at RioCity. I usually see them (he and his crew) working out when I get there at 6 am. He went to Regionals this year in the Crossfit Games!
