WOD – Thursday, July 30th, 2015

For the strength I started with the empty barbell and went up by 20’s to 155 lbs. at the end. Time for WOD was 11:58(ish) … Not sure I fully looked at the clock at the end. I went outside

WOD – Tuesday, July 28th, 2015

Finished the WOD at 21:13. Used black and green rubber bands (together) for my pull-ups. Did single unders (180 per round) instead of double unders.   

WOD – Monday, July 27th, 2015

I got up to 165 on my clean and jerks. For the WOD I did the G2O at 115 lbs. First round: 10 reps. Second and third rounds: 11 reps. On the photo: the “Who is This?” is Mark –
